Purpose of the role 

To work under the supervision of the People & Culture Manager to provide administrative support to the People & Culture department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research on topical People & Culture matters and prepare presentations for the Chief of People Culture Officer.
  • Support the Chief of People Culture Officer with preparation for events and external speaking engagements.
  • Provide additional support to the Lead, Projects and Planning with event planning, project tracking and People & Culture planning.
  • Research and analysis.
  • Report writing & presentation.

Minimum Requirements

  • Candidates must be a resident of and residing in the country where the post is advertised.
  • Minimum work experience 0-2 years.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to execute a range of job duties with changing priorities.
  • Possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate information to a variety of constituents across cultures.
  • Possess professional maturity, sensitivity to different cultures, and impeccable integrity that exemplify the Foundation’s values.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to Mastercard Foundation’s values and vision.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Human Resource Management or related field

Duration Of Internship

  • 12 months
